hydrolate
The synergistic combination of essential oils and hydrolates gives life to Elements
Delicate aromatic distilled waters obtained during the extraction process of essential oils. Depending on the plant from which they are derived, hydrolates have different beneficial properties.
From a psycho-physical wellbeing perspective, hydrolates positively influence the emo-tional and mental state, thanks to the presence of essential oils. A lavender water, for ex-ample, can promote a sense of calm and relaxation, while an orange blossom water can have energizing and refreshing effects.
Mint Hydrolate
In addition to menthol, mint contains potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron, water, fibers, proteins, copper, manganese, sodium, vitamins (from the A, B, C and D groups), polyphenols and amino acids (arginine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, alanine, leucine, glycine, proline, serine and valine). Mint has deodorizing, balsamic, energizing, antibacterial, purifying and anti-dandruff properties.
Cosmetic products containing mint are ideal for those fighting acne, blackheads and oily skin. Especially in summer, mint-based cosmetics are indispensable, a real dose of en-ergy and freshness.
Cornflower Hydrolate
Cornflower blossoms are a rich source of flavonoids and other antioxidants with strong anti-inflammatory properties, which are commonly used in the form of eye drops, as well as infusions, washes and compresses to treat inflammation in various parts of the body. They are great allies of the skin; making compresses with this plant helps reduce inflammation caused by acne or eczema and can be useful as a natural anti-wrinkle treatment. In addition, cornflower infusion is an excellent anti-dandruff treatment, simply used as a final rinse after washing the hair.
Green Tea Hydrolate
Green tea is composed mainly of polyphenols and theophylline. Polyphenols, among which catechins predominate, are responsible for the strong antioxidant property of the phytocomplex, which exerts a protective function on the microcirculation and acts against free radicals.Theophylline, on the other hand, activates basal metabolism, promoting li-polysis and drainage of excess fluids, thus facilitating the elimination of fat deposits. Due to the presence of tannins, Camellia Sinensis extract has dermopurifying and astringent properties, useful in the treatment of oily and impure skin.
Linden Flower Hydrolate
Linden extract is derived from the flowers and bracts of various species of trees belong-ing to the Tilia genus. These are rich in heteropolysaccharides that form a thin transpar-ent film capable of binding and releasing water. Thanks to its film-forming power, linden extract can limit water loss and act as a protector for the hair shaft, reducing its porosity and increasing its shine and softness.Linden extract also contains flavonoids, such as rutin and quercetin, tannins and a low percentage of essential oil, responsible for its re-freshing, tonic and soothing properties. Infusions and aqueous extracts obtained from the flowers of Tilia genus are widely used in folk medicine to promote sleep and treat anxiety.

Research. Certified Organic
VEGAN and WATERLESS hydrolates are natural, organic and 100% VEGAN products that contain active ingredients extracted with the most advanced technologies. Their for-mulation, without added water, is a key element of sustainable cosmetics, combining practicality and high concentration of active ingredients. This approach, in addition to making the products more effective, helps preserve the ecosystem by reducing water waste.
Our hydrolates are enriched with natural ingredients obtained through steam distillation processes, which preserve all the beneficial properties of the plants. This method en-sures that each drop of hydrolate retains the pure essence of the plant, providing a gentle yet powerful action on the skin.
Hydrolates have the added value of containing essential oils, which contribute to both physical and psychological well-being. Essential oils, thanks to their aromatherapeutic properties, can positively influence mood, relieve stress and promote relaxation.
